1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdt67 platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions available at bdt67.club (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bdt67 (the "Company").

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or continuing to use the Platform after these Terms are published or updated, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility

• Identity: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must register in your own name and for your personal use only. Registration by or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• One Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdt67. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts in different names or using different contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary ban that applies to bdt67. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of bdt67, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify bdt67 immediately by contacting our support team.
• bdt67 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card, passport, utility bill, or other documentation to verify your identity and payment methods.
• Accounts that fail KYC verification or are found to contain false information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice. Any balance in a fraudulently created account may be voided.

bdt67 uses SSL encryption to protect your account data in transit. We do not store payment credentials in plain text. For further details on how your personal data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt67 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment methods available at the time of transaction. Supported payment methods are listed at checkout and may vary without notice.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no upper deposit limit set by bdt67, however your payment provider may impose its own transfer limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdt67 account balance in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer to reflect depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. bdt67 does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification or if bdt67 suspects fraudulent activity. In such cases, bdt67 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Players may only withdraw funds sourced from genuine gameplay or winnings. Depositing funds without genuine play and then withdrawing constitutes money laundering and is strictly prohibited.

All transactions on bdt67 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt67 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by your payment provider or bank.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt67 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier will be communicated with each specific promotion.
• Bonuses can only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria, including the 21+ age requirement and account standing requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device is permitted. bdt67 reserves the right to void bonus winnings if abuse is detected.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bdt67 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes in sports betting or casino games.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to obtain funds, credits, or winnings to which you are not entitled.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating as an agent or intermediary for third-party gambling operations.

All games offered on bdt67 use certified RNG systems provided by licensed third-party game studios. bdt67 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no access to override individual RNG results.

7 Responsible Gaming

bdt67 takes its responsibility to players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their spending.
• Session time reminders: Players may set time alerts that notify them how long they have been playing in a single session.

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of bdt67.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from bdt67.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt67 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions, where bdt67 has taken reasonable security precautions.
• Interruption or cessation of Platform services due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond bdt67's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

10 Account Termination

bdt67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including age eligibility, multiple account creation, or prohibited conduct.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bdt67, or failure to meet ongoing compliance requirements.

11 Changes to These Terms

bdt67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of bdt67 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
